Super Junior, SHINee, and other idol groups to compete on MBC's "Idol Star 7080 Singer King"

The Lunar New Year special episode of MBC's "Idol Star 7080 Singer King", hosted by Lee Dukhwa and singer Horan, will feature idol group members. A handful of the groups who are set to perform are Super Junior, SHINee, f(x), 4Minute, Secret, and MBLAQ. After School, T-ara, Miss A, Brown Eyed Girls, Sistar, ZE:A, and FT Island will also perform on the special.

On the program, the idols will compete against each other, singing songs that were popular in the 70's and 80's. Some songs that fans can anticipate hearing are Cho Yongpil's "Mona Lisa", Nami's "Like an Indian Doll", Kim Wanseon's "Tonight", and So Bangcha's "Last Night's Story".

Idols will be evaluated on their singing. Judging the competition will be singer Im Baekcheon, Yoo Yeol, Insooni, and Jeon Youngrok. Jeon Youngrok will sing his hit songs "My Love, Cry" and "Spark" with his daughter, T-ara's Boram.
